Why fitness matters to me.
If I am not active then I find I can slip into a rut and my mental and physical health suffers a lot. I know that I’m not the only one that will experience this as we are all the same when it comes to fitness being crucial for our health so I like to be fit not only for myself but as a role model to others.

My mission:

Is to help people realize how important their health is and how fun it can be to stay fit. It’s always for the better and when people are struggling its nice to know that I can be there to support them. We’ve all had challenges and the hardest step is to committing to yourself by starting a program of any sort. From there it’s onward and upward.

Why fitness matters to me:

When one allows physical health and fitness into their daily lives an amazing thing happens.
The rest of our being starts to become more vibrant and positive. Fitness is the foundation of all round mental and physical wellness
Physical Fitness = Mental Happiness = Healthy Mind, Body and Soul!

What does health and fitness mean to you?

For me it’s definitely an escape. It is that punching bag I need sometimes or my own 50minutes where I can challenge myself and my limits. It’s about lengthening my lifespan and making my life more enjoyable, full and adventurous. It’s not just the gym or bootcamp it is achieving my goals in a physical way.

What does health and fitness mean to you?

Health and fitness means feeling happy and strong in my own skin and who I am. Fitness to me is the song of the body and being able to move through exercise makes me feel alive, balanced, and creative and in a positive mindset, which helps me to feel happier and healthier through out my day-to-day life. Feeling healthy to me includes a number of things – exercise, nutrition, breathing, sleep and rest. Health and fitness for me is about aiming to keep the balance in these things in-between life’s every day commitments, whilst having fun, enjoying the little things and leading a healthy lifestyle.
